YOUR TRUST IS PART OF THE FOUNDATION

Privacy Policy

Effective November 6, 2026

Bethany Mingle is building a community for Christian singles. This policy explains how we handle information on this Early Access site.

Who operates Bethany Mingle

Bethany Mingle is operated by Blackfound Co. LLC.

Authorized Bethany Mingle operators may access submitted Early Access responses to operate the Early Access program, understand the founding community, conduct product research, plan the future Bethany Mingle experience, and handle support and deletion requests. Individual responses are not publicly displayed.

For privacy questions, deletion requests, withdrawal of optional marketing consent, or other data-related requests, contact hello@bethanymingle.com.

Information you share

We collect your first name, email, age, gender, city, state, Christian tradition or denomination, relationship intention, who you would like to meet, preferred age range, and interest in beta testing. If you choose “Other” for denomination, we ask for your tradition in your own words. Church name and your answer about the challenges of meeting Christian singles are optional. We do not ask for a phone number.

Religious affiliation and relationship preferences can be sensitive. We ask for them to understand the people who want this community and to guide the future product. Your individual responses, including denomination and church, are not displayed publicly on this site. Please avoid including information about other people in your free-text answers.

How we use information

We use your answers to register your Early Access interest, learn where to launch, understand community needs, plan and invite beta testers, respond to questions, and prevent misuse. The site does not create public profiles or perform matching. We record when you accept our terms and this policy separately from your optional marketing permission.

Emails and consent

Resend delivers your transactional signup confirmation, including your personal invitation link. By joining Early Access, you request information about access to the future beta. These service messages are separate from optional promotional messages.

The checkbox for occasional Bethany Mingle news, events, and community updates starts unchecked. We send those updates only to people who opted in. You may withdraw marketing permission through our contact page or by replying to an email. Any promotional campaign we send will include an unsubscribe method. Withdrawing marketing permission does not remove you from Early Access; you can separately request removal from the list.

Referrals, campaign attribution, and analytics

When you follow an invitation link, we remember its random referral code on your device for up to 30 days and associate a successful registration with the member who invited you. Sharing your code does not reveal your name, email, or internal database ID. A referrer cannot view another member’s registration details.

We may also remember UTM source, medium, and campaign labels from the link you used for up to 30 days to understand how people find us. Form answers are held in memory while you move between steps and are sent when you complete registration; they are not saved in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page before completion clears those answers.

Our analytics helper records basic actions such as page views, form steps, successful signup, and invitation sharing. It does not send names, email addresses, ages, faith information, relationship preferences, free-text answers, or invitation codes. No third-party analytics provider is enabled by default. Server security controls use hashed network identifiers to limit abusive requests, and our hosting provider may retain operational logs.

Storage and providers

Supabase stores Early Access registrations, consent, referrals, and private email-delivery records. Resend processes the recipient address and confirmation content needed to deliver email. Vercel hosts the site and server functions. These providers process information to provide their services. Authorized organizers access registration data for research, support, and community operations.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.

Retention, deletion, and your choices

We retain your information while it is needed to operate Early Access, plan the product, or address a request. You can request access, correction, withdrawal of marketing consent, or deletion through our contact page. Use the email address you registered with so we can verify your request. We aim to respond within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, disputes, or security, and deleted information can remain in provider backups until those backups expire.

Adults only and changes

Bethany Mingle is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect children’s registrations. Contact us if a child’s information was submitted. We will update the effective date when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes when appropriate.
